- The Best Way option provides you with the most affordable way to ship your item(s). We primarily use USPS services for shipping. USPS provides tracking for all packages. Need it quick and guaranteed? We also ship UPS-Please email for UPS rates.
Returns and Exchanges
Casualmoose.com offers a 30 day exchange policy on all products. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, unwashed in re-saleable condition, all original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: service@casualmoose.com and we will email an R.A. number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
